Church facilities (group usage, wedding policy)
- Can I schedule a party, shower or group to use one of our rooms or buildings?
- Our church building is a busy place! We have staff meetings, meetings with sales people and/or church people who want to meet with staff, prayer meetings, meetings to prepare for outreaches (like the sandwich ministry) and we are getting ready for Wednesday/Sunday activities as well as the many cleaning and maintenance issues we try to fit in between these activities and our weekly all-church activities.
- Because of this, we have found that it does not work well to schedule our facilities for uses other than church ministry activities. We have tried opening up our facilities to groups such as Girl Scouts or for showers/birthdays, etc but we enevitibly had scheulding and cleaning conflicts.
- Some exceptions may be made for church-initiated community outreach events.
- Can I schedule the use of the sanctuary?
- Due to the lack of maintenance staff for moving tables/chairs, etc (as well as the above listed reasons), we generally do not schedule our sanctuary to be used for non-church functions.
- What about weddings?
- Yes, we do schedule our sactuary for wedding use. It is recommended that you:

Church fields
- Vine Fellowship desires to be a "good neighbor" in our community. One way we endeavor to do this is to make our back field available for neighbors and community teams to use.

Church tables and/or chairs
- Our church tables and chairs are used on the church property throughout the week, so we need to keep them on site. Special permission may be obtained from the church administrator to borrow tables and/or chairs for official church functions off-site. {The only tables that may be taken off site are the rectangular, white tables.} In these cases, arrangements need to be made with the church administrator so they the equipment may be picked up and returned during a time when they will not be needed at the church.
- We are not able to loan out church tables/chairs for peresonal use such as garage sales, etc, but you may check with the church administrator to see if any of our older tables/chairs may be available. (NOTE: These older tables/chairs...probably not something you would use inside or for food service.)
Church vehicles (van, truck, trailer)
- Due to liability issues, church vehicles (van, truck) are not available for personal use. We do, however, allow church members to borrow the church trailer for specific time periods when it is not needed at the church.
- If you are a member of Vine Fellowship and would like to inquire about use of the church trailer, it is recommended that you:
